The local fire station has an annual open house for the kids in the community. They have cookies and punch, door prizes(we won a fire extinguisher), stop drop and roll lessons, you can explore the fire trucks, you can run the water hose, a fire house where they teach about fire hazards and fire safety, etc. We didn't find out about it until the last minute but we were able to make it and Savannah and Cam had a great time!!

Since then Cam has decided that when he grows up he wants to be a fire fighter. When he was told that it was a dangerous job he informed us that it wasn't! "You have the mask to keep you safe!!!"
